NetHawk has designed a number of training courses for Linux and Open Source technologies and offers regular training courses. We also conduct short term courses focussed on specific applications for the working professionals.

We provide off­the­shelf and bespoke training on a variety of specialist technical areas including Ubuntu Linux, Red Hat Fedora Linux, PBX Asterisk and other opensource applications.

Anyone who has attended one of our paid­for training is entitled to free lifetime support on the subject — you can contact us by email at any time and pick our brains if you encounter any misunderstandings or difficulty with the subject no matter how long ago the training took place.

Continuous Improvement

Once you receive training from NetHawk, you get access to ALL of the new content added to your subscription training modules for FREE – for the entire length of your subscription. New content is added so the library of training available to you gets updated.

General Terms of Reference

We primarily focus on training while we expect following things from customer or training sponsor;

Creative artwork and copy shall remain the property of "NetHawk Pvt Ltd" unless otherwise assigned by agreement.

  • A suitably equipped training room
  • Workstations, typically one per trainee, with all necessary software installed and configured
  • Trainee workspace, typically a table/desktop, sufficient to accommodate the workstation, keyboard, mouse mat, an A4 binder and an A4 notepad
  • Delegate and tutor refreshments
  • Visual aids: a whiteboard or flipchart, a projector suitable for connecting to a laptop computer and a screen to project onto

We may be able to provide assistance suitable for the delivery of in­house training for a negotiable additional fee. Please ensure that there is no ambiguity about this, if it is required.

Limited Liability

  1. NetHawk shall not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect or consequential damages however caused.
  2. NetHawk's liability in respect of any breach or non­performance of any order shall be limited to the refund of the invoice value to which the claim relates.
